Memberships

All members must have previous experience working with clay and must be able to work independently without extensive instruction.

Our membership is currently full. To join the waitlist for a membership, please email us at hello@commonclayspace.com. Spots for the Base Membership tier will be opening up in January 2026. If you’d like to come check out our space, drop by during business hours and our staff will take you through a studio tour.

Clay must be purchased through the studio and is available at wholesale rate + $15 firing/glazing fee + tax per 25 lb bag. Prices are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

For membership cancellation, please email hello@commonclayspace.com with at least 30 days notice before you want to end your membership. We ask that you clear your shelf by the time your membership expires. Items left after a membership is cancelled will be discarded by the studio. Please note there are no refunds on memberships or initiation fees.

  • Access to all community tools, equipment and glazes

  • Member dedicated wheels

  • 20% discount on classes and select workshops

  • Guest passes available to purchase to bring a friend in

    *Access may be temporarily restricted or limited to accommodate necessary construction, equipment maintenance or weekly cleaning activities. Staff will notify members in advance of any schedule changes.

Pricing

  • 3 Month Membership: $540

  • 6 Month Membership: $960

*Studio will be closed on the following holidays in 2026:

  • January 1: New Years Day

  • May 25: Memorial Day

  • July 4: Independence Day

  • September 7: Labor Day

  • November 26-27: Thanksgiving Break

  • December 24-25: Christmas Break

  • December 31: New Years Eve

Extended Membership
